Meetar ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, your company's website, and other contact details you provide when signing up or contacting us.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
LinkedIn Data: Conversation data and profile information processed through our platform to deliver our AI outreach services.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: Described in the next section, together with how to change your choice.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website sets nothing optional until you choose. On your first visit a sheet at the bottom of the page asks you to accept all, reject all, or choose by category; rejecting is one click, the same as accepting. Your choice is kept for six months, after which we ask again, and we ask again sooner if the tools below change. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we record a rejection for you without asking.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer of every page, or with this button:

Necessary
Remembers the decision you made on the cookie sheet so we do not ask on every visit.
One entry in your browser's local storage (meetar.cookie-consent) holding your choice and its date. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Contentsquare
Analytics
Records how visitors move through the page (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and builds heatmaps, so we can see what is confusing and fix it. Text typed into forms is masked.
Cookies on this site (_cs_id, _cs_s, _cs_c), your IP address and browser details, sent to Contentsquare.
Keeps, on our own server, which page you landed on, the link or campaign that brought you (the address's UTM parameters and the referring page), which country you visited from, how far you scrolled, which sections you reached and which buttons you pressed, so we can see what works on this page, how many people visit, and where a request for a demo came from.
An id for this page load, held in the page's memory only and gone when you close the tab: no cookie, nothing stored on your device. Your IP address is not kept: when you arrive it is used to look up your country, to check whether it belongs to a network that automated checks come from (such as Meta's ad review) so those page loads are not counted as visitors, and to make a code for the day, and then discarded. The code is made from the address and the browser with a secret that changes every day and is thrown away, so it lets us count you once that day rather than once per page load and can never be turned back into your address. Nothing is shared with anyone. If you send the form, your inquiry is linked to this record.
Visits that do not lead to a form submission are deleted after 13 months; the record behind an inquiry is kept with it.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Marketing
Tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) which of our ads led to a visit, a form submission, or a booking, so we can measure them and show our ads to people like the ones who book.
Cookies on this site (_fbp, _fbc), the click id Meta adds to the address when you arrive from one of our ads, your IP address and browser details, the id of this page load, the pages and sections you viewed, how far you scrolled, the buttons you pressed, and, once you submit a form, your name, email and phone number in hashed form. Sent to Meta from your browser and from our server.
The portal for our customers, at /portal, sets a session cookie when you log in; it is necessary for the login to work and needs no consent. The portal runs Contentsquare only if you granted analytics on the sheet, reads no other tool, and shares the same choice, so changing it here changes it there.
