About E-motion Studio

E-motion Studio is a yoga and stretching studio based in Dubai. Rather than a growth mandate, they came to us with a different kind of problem: the owner wanted to sell the business and needed a way to find the right buyer.

The challenge

Selling a studio is not like selling a service. There is no product to pitch and no obvious buyer list to work from.

  • The natural buyer is a competitor. The people most likely to want a yoga and stretching studio in Dubai are the people already running one, or an adjacent wellness business looking to expand. That is a small, specific pool, not a broad market.
  • Nobody is looking to buy a studio on a given Tuesday. Unlike a lead gen client selling an ongoing service, this was not a case of finding people mid-search. Almost every recipient had to be introduced to the idea of acquiring E-motion Studio before they could consider it at all.
  • The message had to earn a serious reply, not a curious one. A studio sale is a real financial decision. The email needed enough substance and discretion to be taken seriously by an owner-operator, without reading like a mass broadcast.

What we did

  1. Targeted studio owners directly, not investors.

We built the list around owners and operators of wellness and fitness studios across Dubai, on the logic that the person already running a similar business understands the value of the asset fastest and needs the least convincing.

  2. Ran it as a straightforward, discreet outreach.

No hard sell, no attachments, no pressure. The email simply raised the opportunity to expand their operations and let interested owners self-select into a conversation.

  3. Prioritised speed to a real conversation.

Given the small addressable list, every reply mattered. The goal on any sign of interest was to move straight to an in-person meeting rather than a long email exchange.
