About Sign on Tab
Sign on Tab replaces paper with tablets. It is a digital signing and form filling toolkit that captures a genuine handwritten signature with full biometric data, keeps the document legally valid, and plugs into whatever system the organisation already runs on.
Their deepest expertise is healthcare, where patient consent forms, admission paperwork and archiving still eat an enormous amount of clinical time. The same problem exists anywhere a customer signs something in person, which is why the product travels well beyond hospitals.
The challenge
Sign on Tab had a product that works and reference clients to prove it. What they needed was volume at the top of the funnel, consistently, in a lot of countries at once.
Three things made that hard.
- Europe is not one market. A campaign that lands in Warsaw does not land in Nicosia. Different languages, different health systems, different procurement rules, different expectations about how a first conversation is even supposed to happen.
- The buyer does not know the category exists. Hospital directors know they have a paper problem. Very few of them are actively searching for a digital consent toolkit. This is not a market you win by being findable. Someone has to go and tell them.
- Two very different audiences. Selling into a hospital group and selling into a car dealership group are not the same job. The pain is the same underneath, too much paperwork at the moment of signature, but the language, the titles and the reasons to care are completely different.
What we did
- Ran the two verticals as two separate campaigns.
Healthcare outreach talks about patient consent, admission time and clinical hours lost to admin. Automotive outreach talks about contracts and handover documents at the point of sale. Same product, two entirely separate arguments, never mixed.
- Wrote in the local language, properly.
Polish sequences were built using gender neutral plural forms so a single template stays grammatically correct regardless of who receives it. Cyprus got a full Greek translation of the four email sequences, with English used where professional English proficiency made it the better choice. Translation was never an afterthought bolted onto an English campaign.
- Matched the close to how each market actually buys.
In some markets a booking link works fine. In Cyprus we removed it entirely. There, the only call to action asks permission for a local partner to phone the prospect and requests the best number to use, because that is how business gets done there.
- Built reply agents that close instead of explain.
The moment a prospect shows any interest or asks for information, the agent goes for the phone number or the call. It does not keep selling over email. Long email threads feel like progress and almost never become meetings.
- Targeted operators, not buildings.
We went after hospital groups, clinic chains, large dental groups and multi site dealership operators, where one signed deal covers dozens of locations rather than one reception desk.
20
meetings a month, on average
The results
An average of 20 meetings per month, sustained.
Not a spike in month one followed by a dry quarter. A consistent monthly number that Sign on Tab can plan a sales team around.
Those meetings include some of the largest healthcare and automotive operators in Europe, the kind of accounts that normally take years of conference handshakes to reach.
The campaign is still running and still producing.
